Jeremy Wolfe has been CrossFitting for six years and specializes in gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting.

"I have always been into sports and fitness, sports through high school, and always been at some sort of gym," he says. "When I first saw the CrossFit Games in 2012, I thought that this style of working out looked awesome, searched the web to learn more then, picked a WOD and proceeded to give it a try. After 4 rounds of a 400 mtr run and 15 power cleans, I was left gasping for air on the floor and in love with CrossFit." Jeremy is obsessive about coaching, his members, and his love for Wolfe Den CrossFit. "I love witnessing them accomplish new tasks or movements - lifting more than they ever thought possible."

Coach

Steve Webster has been CrossFitting for four years, and his mantra of "what could possibly go wrong" pretty much sums up his willingness to push himself to the limit in every WOD.  Coaching has allowed Steve to share his passion with others, and he enjoys watching people improve and push themselves.  In addition to CrossFit, Steve enjoys kitesurfing, skateboarding, wake boarding, motorbikes and mountain bike riding. When he’s not at the gym, he works as a full-time glazier.
