Wolfe Den CrossFit Kids is a fun and exciting dynamic program crafted just for children. Our aim is to introduce youngsters to the realm of functional fitness within a safe and enjoyable environment.
Here, young athletes embark on a journey to cultivate physical strength, endurance, agility, and coordination through a series of engaging exercises and activities designed specifically for their age and developmental stage.
Children will get the opportunity to develop physical strength, endurance, agility, and coordination through age-appropriate exercises and activities.
Kids CrossFit not only helps children build a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle but also instils valuable life skills such as perseverance and confidence as they conquer fitness challenges and celebrate their achievements. It's a fantastic way for kids to stay active, make friends, and embrace a lifelong journey of fitness and well-being!
CrossFit Kids is one session per week.
Class sizes may vary time to time, however the classes are capped to 10 children.
The program is led by Wolfe Den CrossFit coach and PT, Lisa Horowitz. Lisa is a mum of two and holds the following qualifications:
· Qualified Paramedic
· CrossFit level 1 Coach and CrossFit Kids Coach
· International Strength Systems certification Level 1&2
· Performance Nutrition coach Level 1
· Performance coach level 1
