Hugh is an experienced physiotherapist that is committed to helping individuals to overcome injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall quality of life. Graduating from Monash University in 2019, Hugh has worked with in both private practice and community-sector for several years whilst also working with a number of football clubs based around the Mornington Peninsula. He has been responsible for player injury management and rehabilitation and is incredibly passionate about improving the lives of others through health and fitness.

Jen Leonard is a highly skilled physiotherapist at Wolfe Den CrossFit, known for her expertise in women's heath, sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement. With a deep understanding of functional movement, Jen works closely with athletes to prevent injuries, improve mobility, and aid in recovery. Her approach focuses on tailored treatment plans that address individual needs, whether it’s overcoming an injury or optimising physical health for peak performance. Jen’s passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, combined with her compassionate care, makes her a valued member of the Wolfe Den team.
