While training with us, you will be supported by our exceptional coaching team and participate in group-style classes (capped at 20-25 people per classes). The program features the CrossFit methodologies that includes:

  • Metabolic conditioning that builds capacity and fitness levels
  • Gymnastics for building optimal strength, body control and range of motion
  • Weightlifting to develop strength, ability to control external objects and maximum power
  • CrossFit as a sport applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomised movements and skill mastery

What to expect?

Our 60-minute classes features a variety of workouts that can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and volume, easily scalable for varying fitness levels. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, mums, dads, and grandparents alike.

All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led, are capped to a maximum of 20-25 people and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration.

Our exceptional coaching team will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The coaches will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout including providing you with the tools to constantly improve and ensure you are moving not only optimally but safely.
