About your coach
Sara Eames has been a certified Personal Trainer for over 13 years and found her passion in coaching CrossFit in 2011. As a mother of 3 young kids herself, Sara is well-versed in the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of pregnancy and postpartum athleticism. When she fell pregnant with her first child in 2016, she was told to "just do what you've always done" or "just listen to your body". There was not much information out there on how to approach exercise during this time and this drove her to learn more.
