Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to build strength and conditioning for athletes 13 years and older. Classes run Monday to Friday at 5:00pm and 6:00pm, providing flexibility for busy schedules.
Teens train alongside our adult members in a supportive environment, surrounded by experienced coaches and like-minded peers. The program is adaptable to all fitness levels, ensuring each athlete progresses safely and effectively.
We focus on proper movement mechanics, confidence, and work ethic, helping young athletes develop strength, coordination, speed, and endurance. Whether they’re looking to improve in their sport or build overall fitness, our program supports their growth in a structured and encouraging setting.
Wolfe Den CrossFit is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and is easily accessible with nearby parking and public transport.
