Join our weightlifting class every Wednesday night at 7:00pm where the focus is on the following Olympic lifts: Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift safely with an efficient technique for optimal improvement.
Led by the Wolfe Den Performance Coach, Zac Hare, the classes are small in size to better help refine your movements. Bookings required.
